About
This is Told
One job: your dot prepares a coin launch, and you are the one who approves it.
Why a draft, not a wallet
A dot with its own funded wallet could launch a coin by itself. It could also launch the wrong one, twice, at four in the morning. A draft is slower by one tap and safer by a lot. The dot prepares everything, and nothing is spent or launched until you have read it and your own wallet has signed.
What stays true
Your key stays yours
Told never asks for a seed phrase or a private key. Neither should your dot. If either one does, stop.
One coin, one link
Each draft has its own link. Approving one does nothing to the others.
Nothing hidden
The draft you approve is the draft you read. Every field is on the screen before you sign.
No cut
Told adds no fee to the launch and takes no share of the creator fees.
No account
There is no sign-up. The app knows you by the wallet you connect, and only once you connect it.
A process
built around
you
Say
You tell your dot the ticker, the name and the picture, in whatever words come to you.
Draft
Your dot reads the skill file and fills in the draft. If something is missing, it asks you.
Link
It sends you one link. The draft is inside the link, so there is nothing to log in to.
Check
You open the link and read every field. Edit in the app, or tell your dot and get a new link.
Approve
You connect your Solana wallet and approve. Your dot cannot do this step for you.
Launch
The coin launches on pump.fun with your wallet as its creator. The creator fees go there.
Not a launch bot
A launch bot holds a wallet and acts on a message. If the message was wrong, or was not from you, the coin is out anyway. Told holds nothing of yours and launches nothing by itself. It carries a draft from your dot to you, and stops there until you approve, unless you turn on Skip approval yourself.
A launch bot
- Holds a funded wallet
- Acts on a message alone
- Launches before you look
- A mistake is already a coin
Told
- Holds none of your keys
- Acts on your signature only
- Shows you the draft first
- A mistake is a link you ignore
The three behind a launch
There is no team page here. A launch has three parts and each one does one thing. You decide. Your dot writes. Told carries the draft between you and keeps the two jobs apart.
None of the three can do another’s job. Your dot cannot sign. Told cannot write a draft or launch one. And you do not have to fill in a form.
